Known locally as the Key Man, Zay built 1st Flight Road Services through years of hands-on automotive and roadside work.
The journey began around 2006–2007 while working at General Motors. Seven years in that environment helped build an automotive foundation, followed by servicing insurance-company roadside calls through Mira Roadside Services, seven years in towing, and locksmith education.
A Meadowdale High School graduate from the class of 1998 who went on to attend the University of Cincinnati, Zay brings local roots and a practical understanding of what it means to be stranded.
